One of the best Characters on Gotham is Nygma and of course Penguin. I can't choose so I made necklaces for both of them Oswald's is purple and black, its charms are a penguin, a cleaver and a umbrella.
Nygma has a green and black crystals with two question marks and a microscope. If you want a mix of both I can do that as well just note me.
