I've had this set in my head for a few years but I wasn't able to create it without a laser engraver. So now that I have one I bring you the Pennywise float set. The balloons are made from red acrylic and the hands are shrink, the entire thing is strung with a white chain. You can have the set or just the necklace.
*Note the back of the necklace will have cut marks from the machine, it will not look as flawless as the front.
